INTRODUCTION

The induction oven adopts the magnet conductive rare earth as the material for the induction coil with the new generation induction heating resonant wave technology to generate the high efficient induction heat with the low power consumption. The induction heat is restricted to be a small heating strip to focus on the coating area to make the high heating precision and high drying efficiency to save more power energy.
This machine works as a tin works machine with function of drying and curing, It is an essential tin can making machine in the can making line to meet the requirement of the can making factory.

FEATURES

Adopts the special induction heating technology: resonant AC-DC- inverting AC principle, working together with the special rare earth made coil. It has the davantage of heating quickly, working stably, high efficiency and low power comsumption.
With the automatic controlling system to realize the heater start to work when the can body moves in and stop working without can body to save more energy.
Adopts the cooling water constant temperature components to protect the heating system and make it long life and working stably.
Each heater has its own independent temperature controlling system, the temperature can be adjusted flexible based on the coating material drying degree to reach the good curing quality.
With PLC / HMI system to make operation easy by finger touch.
Different type of the conveyors to make it available for different type of cans, smaller size can/ medium size can/big size can & big pail are able to find its solution.
